This Privacy Policy explains how Store Locator ("the App"), developed by Webixa Technology ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you install and use the App on your Shopify store.

1. Information We Collect

When you install Store Locator, we collect and store the following information, strictly to operate the App's features:

• Shop information: your store's domain name (e.g. yourstore.myshopify.com) and the app's current subscription plan.
• Store location data: the store/business locations you manually add through the App (name, address, city, phone number, website, latitude, and longitude). This data is entered by you (the merchant) — it is not collected from your customers.
• Authentication data: a Shopify access token used solely to authenticate requests to your store's Admin API, required for the App to function inside Shopify Admin.

We do not collect, store, or process any personal data about your store's end customers (shoppers). The App does not access customer names, emails, addresses, order history, or browsing behavior.

2. How We Use Information

The information we collect is used only to:

• Display your saved store locations inside the App's admin dashboard.
• Render the interactive store locator map and location list on your storefront via Google Maps.
• Enforce the location limits associated with your selected subscription plan.
• Provide customer support if you contact us.

3. Third-Party Services

Store Locator uses Google Maps Platform to render maps and calculate directions on your storefront. When a shopper views the store locator widget, their browser communicates directly with Google to load map tiles. This is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. We do not share your location data with Google beyond what is necessary to display it on the map (address and coordinates you provided).

4. Data Storage & Security

Your shop and location data is stored on our secured servers and is only accessible to your store via authenticated Shopify Admin API requests. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect this data from unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your shop and location data for as long as the App remains installed on your store. If you uninstall the App, your data is automatically deleted from our servers within 48 hours, in compliance with Shopify's data protection requirements.

You may also request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see Section 8).

6. GDPR Compliance

In accordance with Shopify's data protection requirements, our App responds to the following mandatory webhooks:

• customers/data_request — acknowledged; we do not hold any customer-level personal data.
• customers/redact — acknowledged; we do not hold any customer-level personal data.
• shop/redact — permanently deletes all shop and location data associated with the uninstalled store.

7. Children's Privacy

Store Locator is intended for use by Shopify merchants (businesses) and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
